A Taste of Australia - Anthropological Cuisine Enrichment Class

Anthropological Cuisine is a PGIA Enrichment Class taught by parent, Tetyana Hayes.

Students explored tastes from the most remote and isolated continent with unique flora and fauna. They cooked Aussie Meat Pie, crab cakes, salad, and Lamington cake.
