M2M Road Race 2025: A Thrilling Return with Over 280 Participants Crossing the Finish Line!
February 2, 2025 - St. Thomas, USVI – The energy was high, the competition fierce, and the community spirit unmatched as the M2M Road Race returned to Magens Bay Beach on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
With nearly 280 runners participating in both the 10K race and the 1K Kids Fun Run, this year's event showcased incredible athleticism and dedication, all while supporting the VIMSIA Athletics Department. Leading the pack in the overall male category, Connor Mackelvey secured the top spot with a time of 40:44, while the overall female champion was Elise Yosuluka, finishing strong at 42:42.

A Race to Remember
Beyond the numbers, this year's M2M Road Race was a true celebration of health, fitness, and community. The race concluded with a festive awards ceremony and a lively beach picnic, where runners and supporters enjoyed great food, music, and the stunning views of Magens Bay.
"This event embodies what makes our island special - perseverance, togetherness, and a passion for fitness," said David Arpasi, VIMSIA Athletics Director. "We are grateful for everyone who participated and supported this meaningful cause." Proceeds from the event directly benefit the VIMSIA Athletics Department, providing resources for youth sports programs that encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
