All VIMSIA soccer teams play in the IAA winter sports season against other teams from St. John and St. Thomas. This is for all interested participants in the elementary, middle, and high school age groups (where there are enough players). Practices are held after school and games are also after school and on occasional Saturdays. There is usually a mid-season tournament and the team that leads the regular season standings is declared champion (ties decided by a one game playoff). The season generally runs from the beginning of March through the beginning of May.
