Good Afternoon VIMSIA Families!  Our second on-campus Vaccination Clinic will be held on Saturday December 4 from 10am to 2pm, at the Art Trailer on the Soccer Field.  Parking will be available in the lower campus lot.  Signs will direct you to the clinic. No appointments are needed; it is first come, first serve. 

Students who are returning for their SECOND shot do NOT need to re-register.  DO remember to bring their vaccination card(s). 

Students 5 and older not yet vaccinated are WELCOME to receive their first shot!  Please complete the registration form here no later than 5pm Thursday 12/2 for each child who is to be vaccinated. 

Students 18 and older, Family members, and VIMSIA Staff who are interested in receiving a booster (must be 6 months or more after the last shot of Pfizer/Moderna, or 2 months after J&J) may also register here.  Please complete registration no later than 5pm Thursday 12/2. Remember to bring your vaccination card and ID with you!
