The play Dear Anna, Dear Peter tells the story of Governor Peter von Scholton and his colored common law wife Anna Heegaard.  The play explores the time of 1848 when he was tried for his role in Emancipation in these islands, through a series of letters they write back and forth to each other.  A lower elementary parent, Ayesha Morris, is playing the role of Anna Heegaard and made this opportunity possible for our school.
