Montessori Admission
Primary Students - Ages 3 to 5
This is a three year Montessori Program for students approximately 3 to 5 years of age. Students are enrolled between the ages of 3 and 4. We have limited space available for non-Montessori students older than 4 and are pleased to consider these students on a case by case basis.
Parents are requested to make an appointment for a 30-minute classroom observation. Appointments can be made by emailing admissions@vimsia.org or calling the front office at(340)775-6360. Following the observation, we will be happy to address any questions that you may have and will schedule a visit for your child. For the first few days, all new Primary Students (except transfers from La Casa – Toddler Program), will stay for only 90 minutes. The teacher will invite the child to stay for the complete morning as soon as your child feels comfortable. This may also be shortened if your child shows that he or she is not ready to stay for that length of time.
