Annual Fund Drive: Supporting VI Montessori’s 60th Anniversary Celebration!

Dear VIMSIA Community,

With just two months left in our academic journey this year, we're reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea: consider making a difference by contributing to our Annual Fund before June 30th, 2024. Your generosity fuels the future of our students. Act now at www.vimsia.org/donate and designate "Annual Fund" along with your student's name in the Memo line.

Every single donation, regardless of size, holds immense significance for us, and we're genuinely grateful for your support. What's more, your contributions are tax deductible.

As we commemorate VI Montessori's 60th anniversary, let's inject some excitement into our donations! Why not incorporate "60" into your contribution? Whether it's $600, $260, $16,060, $60, or even $6,000,000 (yes, we're dreaming big!), every dollar counts towards our mission.

Want to up the ante some more?

The class with the greatest number of student participants with pledges over $260 will be rewarded with a pizza party.

The class with the 2nd greatest number of student participants with pledges over $160 will be rewarded with an ice-cream party.

By contributing to the Annual Fund, you're not just giving; you're leveling the educational playing field for families across the US Virgin Islands. Did you know that VIMSIA subsidizes each student's tuition by $3000 annually? Plus, about 70% of our families receive some form of financial aid. Your support is crucial in sustaining our commitment to providing world-class Montessori & IB education to all who seek it.

Our goal? 100% participation from every corner of our community - families, staff, administration, the Board, alumni, and alumni parents alike.

To make giving even more engaging, we are providing “pledge sheets” for you/your students to engage family and friends in their Annual Fund-raising efforts. In addition, we will host"mini events" where students can champion their fundraising efforts. From running laps on the soccer field to collecting rocks on the playground, or volunteering hours at school beautification initiatives, the possibilities are endless.

Join us for our inaugural event on Friday, April 26th, where Dr. Brad Kappel will lead a 60-minute run, while our PGIA students kick off the rock collection drive on the soccer field.

To those who have supported us before, whether through financial contributions or volunteering your time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. We invite you to continue this journey with us by donating to the Annual Fund. Head to our website at https://www.vimsia.org/donate and specify "Annual Fund" along with your student's name in the Memo line.

Together, let's pave the way for a brighter future at VIMSIA, and celebrate our 60 years of educating students in the US Virgin Islands.
