Enrollment Procedures for all levels

Returning Students - All Levels

Contracts will be distributed for returning students in the first quarter of the calendar year. The contract will be due back, signed with the advance deposit several weeks after they have been distributed (this is usually no later than Mid-March). The deposit and signed contract are the mechanisms by which space is reserved for your child for the next school year. If we do not receive the appropriate documents and fees, we cannot guarantee that your child will be included when developing the coming year's student roster. We typically receive a significant number of transfer requests from other schools over the spring and summer and would hate to fill a spot that should go to a returning student.

Financial Aid and Merit Scholarship awards are not automatically renewed from year to year. Financial analysis forms must be submitted by April 30 for the coming school year. Financial Aid information can be found here.

New Students - All Levels

To initiate the enrollment process, new students are required to submit an Enrollment Form and Questionnaire with a $50, non-refundable application fee.

Other enrollment requirements vary by level, so please visit one of the sections above for additional forms that may pertain to your child's level. Once VIMSIA has offered a contract, it must be returned with the advance deposit in order to hold a space. All students must have an annual Health Record and up-to-date immunization records on file prior to starting classes.

Nondiscriminatory Policy

VIMSIA admits students regardless of race, color, religion or ethnic origin. It does not discriminate in administration of its educational policies, financial aid, athletic, or other school-administered programs.
